Description:
This is chromium-nickel copper steel with high strength and excellent toughness. It has a maximum tensile strength of 1200N/mm2. It has good corrosion resistance. Due to its high strength, it is heavily employed in the aerospace and high-technology driven industries in components such as gears, turbine blades, shafts, and molding dies. The most notable feature of this alloy is its high strength-to-weight ratio. It is also known for its excellent resistance to wear and tear, making it an ideal choice for many applications.

CNC machined part without surface finishes (3D render, aluminium)Bead blasting (3D render)
Bead blasting
Bead blasting involves spraying a pressurised stream of tiny beads of media, plastic or glass beads, from a nozzle onto the surface of the part. This removes the burrs and imperfections, leaving a smooth finish.
Notes:The recommended part size is 6-600 mm in both height and width. Smaller parts are hard to hold and tough to produce an even surface.
Final result:
- Uniform, matte or satin-like appearance
- Slightly grainy in the touch
