We make the design, upload it to the Xometry Instant Quoting Engine. We see the price and delivery time immediately. Previously, we had to contact four or five different places separately. CNC machined<\/a> components\u2014including bracket caps, mold holders, cap shims, needle holders, motor bases, movable and fixed aluminum blocks, and push blocks\u2014were produced from materials such as Aluminum 5754, 6082, <\/strong>and 7075.<\/strong> The molds were manufactured using 1.2738 tool steel,<\/strong> and sandblasting was chosen as the surface treatment.
