Description:
Polypropylene has excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals, and impressive impact strength. In addition to being lightweight and durable, polypropylene is also heat-resistant and chemical-resistant, making it ideal for a variety of uses. Polypropylene can be clear (Injection Moulding) or opaque (3D printing), and is available in a variety of colours (Injection Moulding). It is a tough material with resistance to fatigue as well as electrical insulation. It is widely used in both domestic and industrial applications.

VDI
VDI is an international standard for mould texturing of matte surfaces. It is mainly processed by Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) when mould machining.

Bead blasting
Depowdering of parts with bead blasting. The final parts are slightly grainy in the touch with a satin-like matte appearance.
Notes:Semi-sintered surface particles remain on the part even after initial depowdering.
